Pendry is officially putting down roots in Music City. The luxury hospitality brand—known for its design-forward hotels in destinations like West Hollywood, Park City, and Manhattan—recently announced plans for a new Nashville property with 180 rooms and suites plus 146 private residences. Robb Report has been given an exclusive first look at the Pendry Residences Nashville, where homes start at $1.25 million.
Rising high above the city’s buzzing Paseo South Gulch district, Pendry Nashville marks a high-design moment for Nashville’s fast-evolving skyline. It also happens to be the first Pendry in the state of Tennessee. A collaboration between developers SomeraRoad and Trestle Studio, with architecture by local firm ESa and interiors by New York-based Post Company, the 30-story tower combines Pendry’s signature elegance with Southern sophistication.
Occupying the upper floors of the forthcoming high-rise, the residences pair the polish of a contemporary luxury hotel with the comfort and privacy of home. Each pad features floor-to-ceiling windows, 10-foot ceilings, and expansive layouts with between one and four bedrooms. Ten penthouses quite literally top it all off.

Inside, the vibe is modern but warm. Custom Italian cabinetry, Gaggenau appliances, and honed quartzite countertops anchor the kitchens, while the baths are dripping with Calacatta marble. Select residences also include wine refrigerators and private terraces. The pick of the bunch is the Paseo Penthouse: a 5,993-square-foot aerie with a private elevator and a 1,055-square-foot terrace overlooking the Nashville skyline.
For owners, life at Pendry comes with all the perks of five-star living. A private rooftop pool, a speakeasy with a golf simulator, a whiskey lounge, and a billiards salon are just the start. There’s also a pet spa, a fitness center, and a concierge team ready to handle every detail. Residents also enjoy access to the hotel, including the ground-floor restaurant, the lobby bar, the rooftop garden, and the signature Spa Pendry.

The project plays a key role in SomeraRoad’s transformation of Paseo South Gulch—a five-acre pocket of downtown that blends historic architecture with a new wave of design, dining, and wellness destinations, including an Equinox gym, the Catbird Seat, Maiz de la Vida, and Carter Vintage Guitars.
“With the launch of sales at Pendry Residences Nashville, we are proud to further that vision in a way that establishes Pendry as an unprecedented new benchmark for hospitality and luxury living in Nashville,” says Ian Ross, founder and managing principal of SomeraRoad. “This project combines world-class architecture, design, and hospitality with the creative spirit that defines Nashville.”
Construction is already underway, with completion expected in 2027. Until then, expect the buzz around Paseo South Gulch—and Nashville’s luxury real estate scene—to keep hitting new notes.
