Paltrow opted for the Trap Cross Slingback Pumps in the color moss. The heels are crafted in kid suede with a slim, trapezoid-shaped, elongated toe. The heels feature two crossover slingback straps to secure the foot in place. The shoes feature a slightly flared heel measuring 90mm.

The shoes retail for $790 and are currently available on the Proenza Schouler website. The Trap cross-slingback pumps are also available in black spazzolato leather, and the Trap style is also available in flat ankle boots and high-heeled boots designs, both made with kid suede.

The neutral shoes paired well with the Bottega Veneta viscose silk jacket and trousers she styled them with. The double-breasted is made from a multicolor viscose and silk, which features slender gray pinstripes. There are four decorative, ornate gold knot buttons on the front, while three are featured on each sleeve. The trousers featured a tapered leg that landed just above the heel. Each piece retails for $3,200.

While the slingback style has been a constant silhouette in recent years, suede shoes are being forecasted to be a fall fashion trend this year. Suede shoes offer a rich texture and versatility that complements low-profile sneakers like the Puma Speedcat, as well as ankle boots and suede loafers.
