MANSORY Previews Ferrari 12Cilindri-based Equestre Ahead of Monaco Yacht Show

German tuner, MANSORY, has never been a brand about subtle upgrades, and at the upcoming Monaco Yacht Show 2025 (September 24-27), things won’t be much different, as it is about to showcase yet another extreme creation. Centered around Ferrari’s latest flagship, this is the 12Cilindri-based MANSORY Equestre, a ground-up transformation that not only features several performance tweaks but also unapologetically bold aesthetics.

At the heart of this project is the 12Cilindri itself, which is Ferrari’s replacement for the 812 Superfast. In stock form, the 6.5-liter engine produces 819 horsepower and revs to 9,500 rpm, making it one of the last high-revving, old-school naturally-aspirated twelve-cylinder powerplants on sale today. In terms of performance upgrades, we see a reworked circular quad-exhausts with a valve control system, and two sports catalytic converters.

Visually, MANSORY doubles down with a comprehensive body kit, featuring a carbon-fiber hood, dyed-through forged carbon panels on the front bumper, the front fenders, mirrors, the pillars and the rear diffuser, which are all part of the redesigned aero package. It serves as a contrast against the purple paint that fades into black shade at the rear. Additionally, you also get gold highlights on the diffuser and on the brake calipers. You also see this finish on the black panel on the front facia, a hallmark of most new Ferrari models, as seen on the SF90 successor, the 849 Testarossa last week.

The finishing touch, the Italian Tricolore runs down the center, along the entire length of the vehicle. The wheels are a new VF.5 design in forged aluminum and a gloss black finish, providing an aggressive stance. Engineered to reduce unsprung weight. It is a detail you notice immediately, and one that sets this build apart from the factory car.

Step inside, and the purple theme continues, with everything from the steering to the seats featuring the vibrant color, and gray serving as the main contrasting shade. Also, in typical MANSORY-style, the cabin has been retrimmed with bespoke materials, including Alcantara on the headliner and a heavy dose of exposed carbon fiber throughout. Every element is customizable to match your yacht or private jet if you want total continuity across your lifestyle.

Set to be made available as either a coupe or roadster (still no production numbers yet), the decision to unveil the Equestre in Monaco is significant because it doesn’t just communicate to a portion of the target demographic directly, but also demonstrates how your car can connect with other aspects of your lifestyle and tie them into it. Essentially, it’s about standing out in an environment where standing out is already the baseline.

The principality, of course, is the playground for the rich and famous, and it was also where we saw MANSORY’s take on the Purosangue (Pugnator Tricolore) earlier this year, during Top Marques Monaco. Now, the 12-Cylinder-based Equestre takes the spotlight with Mansory, stating there’s more to come. Watch this space.
