Ralph Lauren announced it will add a new addition to its hospitality portfolio with the opening of The Polo Bar Ralph Lauren in London in 2028.
The restaurant will open in Mayfair and builds off the success of The Polo Bar restaurant in New York City, which opened in 2015. The brand also operates restaurants in Chicago, Paris, Milan and Chengdu, along with over 40 Ralph’s Coffee locations around the world.
In August, Ralph Lauren reported that its same-store sales grew by 13 percent during its fiscal first quarter. And the company spotlighted the halo-effect of its hospitality business during an investor day in early September.
“We were one of the very first to enter categories like home and hospitality in our industry,” said Ralph Lauren’s chief executive Patrice Louvet during that presentation. “While these categories are today a small portion of our total business, they are important channels for our brand, giving people a tangible way to step into Ralph’s world.”
