Lori Harvey arrived at Miu Miu’s spring 2026 show in Paris on Monday in a full look from the house, led by a pair of buckle-adorned slingbacks that distilled the brand’s utilitarian shift for the season. She was joined by the likes of Kylie Jenner, Emma Watson, Nina Debrov and other stars during Miuccia Prada’s utilitarian-leaning spring show.
The black heels featured a sharply pointed toe and three narrow straps fastened with gold buckles, set on a mid-height heel. Made in Italy, the design merged industrial precision with glossy leather polish — a material and silhouette balance that is consistent across Miu Miu’s current footwear line, which features both brushed and patent leathers in neutral hues and pops of color like red and muted yellows. The slingback strap traced the heel cleanly, leaving the construction minimal and the proportions exact.

Harvey paired the shoes with a brown suede jacket, a yellow skirt and a black knit tube top, along with rectangle-frame sunglasses and a structured black bag. The combination carried the brand’s now-familiar blend of retro and practical — one that Prada advanced on the runway minutes later through aprons, smocks and factory-inspired tailoring.

As WWD’s Miles Socha wrote in his show review, Prada described the collection as “recognizing women’s work,” referencing the domestic and industrial labor that shaped 20th-century wardrobes. The show’s apron-and-uniform motifs mirrored the quiet functionality of Harvey’s leather heels: sturdy, clean and deliberately unembellished, save for functional gold buckles.

The appearance also extended Harvey’s recent run of sharply cut shoe moments. Last month, she wore Miu Miu’s runway pumps with metallic socks to the label’s Miutine fragrance launch in New York. Earlier in the season, she attended Balenciaga couture week in the brand’s Knife pumps, a signature of the house’s sculpted-toe era. Together, the choices trace a through line — a move toward structure and restraint across her footwear choices.
At Miu Miu’s spring 2026 show, that restraint aligned with Prada’s message. In a season defined by workwear codes and technical materials, Harvey’s buckled slingbacks embodied the practical refinement that continues to drive Miu Miu’s momentum.
