Jacob & Co. has been creating over-the-top watches and jaw-dropping high jewelry for over 30 years. Now, the American brand is taking that maximalist, more-is-more design ethos to brick and mortar—or glass and stone, rather—with a new $150 million private residence in Dubai.
Developed by founder Jacob Arabo in collaboration with a team of 14 designers and eight architects, Aureum Estate by Jacob & Co. is described as a “livable work of art” that combines precision engineering with the jeweler’s signature pizzazz. It won’t be to everyone’s taste, but that is precisely the point.
“Every material, every line, and every space reflects uncompromising craftsmanship and visionary design,” Arabo said in a statement. “This is not just a home, it is an immersive experience where art, innovation, and luxury converge.”

Located in the exclusive Dubai Hills enclave, the villa spans nearly 42,000 square feet across three levels and overlooks the neighborhood golf course. It offers both grand entertaining spaces and cozy living areas, as well as seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, two professional-grade kitchens, and staff accommodations. Other interior highlights include a high-tech cinema, a cigar and billiards lounge, a wine cellar, a gentleman’s lounge, a tea room, and a spa with a hammam, ice room, and sauna. Outside lies an expansive entertaining area with a huge pool and a built-in DJ booth. You’ll also find a huge garage for all of your prized rides.
As one might expect, the pad showcases the finest materials and finishes. The marble, for example, was sourced from a single Italian quarry, with three consultants enlisted to ensure a consistency of pattern. The bespoke chandeliers were handcrafted by top artisans in Italy and the Czech Republic, while the furniture is all unique one-offs made specifically for the home. You can also expect custom rock features, unique bonsai installations, dazzling light fixtures, and mesmerizing sculptures.

The abode is at the bleeding edge of residential design, too, with a customizable smart-home system, hospital-grade air filtration, advanced security, and a water recycling system. Jacob & Co. says it is also the first villa in the Middle East to be equipped with an outdoor cooling system, enabling year-round alfresco entertaining.
Beyond these four glorious walls is the city itself. Just 15 minutes away are iconic landmarks, including the Burj Khalifa skyscraper, the Palm Jumeirah island, and the DIFC neighborhood. (Jacob & Co. is also set to open a residential “hypertower” with three-bedroom villas and two-story penthouses in the city in 2026.) The jeweler says there is a “limited supply” of residences in the elite Dubai Hills enclave, making Aureum Estate a true rarity.
